Yearly Pumpkin Carving
The other night Jason and Megan carved their pumpkin together. This is something the two of them do together every year. They go and pick the pumpkin out and then carve it together. Megan really looks forward to it. The first year she reached her hand in one time to grab the seeds out and this year she cleaned it out almost entirely by herself. She felt that she picked the perfect pumpkin to make her own. I love the cirlce eyes this year.
Reverse Psychology Back-Fire
The other night at dinner, Megan was having a very hard time eating her dinner. Jason and I were saying everything we could think of to get her to eat her dinner. Jason then decided to use a little bit of reverse psychology. He said, "Megan, I bet you can't eat four more bites!" Megan looked at him and replied very seriously, "You're right!"
Let the Remodeling Begin!
So, last weekend, Jason started the remodeling/addition of our house! He took the windows out of our bedroom because there will be another room right there, and then framed them in. Then the doors on the washer and dryer came down so we could get the new ones up. You can tell by the picture that Jason was just a "happy camper!!" I had a little OCD kicking in with the room torn apart but it wasn't too bad. Now, we are waiting on the wonderful city of St. George for our building permits so we can continue the addition. Its going to be great when its done as it will be adding on about 800 square feet to our house!! YEAH!!
My Very Own Sleeping Beauty!
The other night Jason and I went into check on Megan and she was actually sleeping with her "beauty " mask on! We started laughing so hard, grabbed the camera, and began snapping pictures!

Ryan is 4 Months Old!
Ryan went in for his 4 month check-up last week!! He weighs a whoppin' 16 lbs. 4 oz. and is 26" long! He is doing really well according to his doctor! He got along really well with his shots this time! Ryan is always so happy and loves to talk!! He especially loves his big sister. She makes him laugh all of the time. I can't believe my little boy is already 4 months old. Time really goes by so fast. I treasure each day that I can hold him and rock him because I know he will be all grown up before I know it!!
Fun WIth Legos!
I love that they make Legos for girls! Megan loves to build the castle with the prince and princess in it! She loves this and she is so creative with building the castle. Then the fun begins when she plays with what she has built!!
Self-Portraits With Sidewalk Chalk
A Mother's Famous Last Words!
So, Megan wanted to play in the water and of course she didn't have her swimming suit, so, what do I say?? "Don't get too wet!" Of course you know the rest of it!!
